India pale ale is the one ale that we brew that uses our 'other' strain of yeast. It is a beer that uses a similar recipe to the pale ale but uses many more hops in the boil and in the finish. This beer is very refreshing with a profuse floral hop character in the nose of the beer, as well as a nice bitterness in the finish. A beer brewed for a true 'Hophead'. Don't worry, be hoppy!
