So strange, mint? not so much, something greenish and herby, but fake tasting, definately! fruity, a bit of chocolate malts, bit of hoppy tartness at the back of the throat. Dark, off white head, medium sized bubbles. Was going to say biscuit, but I think its more of a scone, in that it has a bit more malty, and a bit wet tasting for a biscuit. Bit like a twix... or mint aero... its surprisingly not nearly as bad as it sounds. Kudos for such a boring brewery taking this on and doing a decent job.
