it's a a hazy golden yellow beer, with a fine foam., it smells spice and fresh, a soft carbonisation and crispy in mouth, it toasts citrus, pepper not long in moth but the chilli bites.

750 caged and corked bottle. Poured in an english dimpled pint an unfiltered cloudy golden-yellow coloured Blonde with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, juicy fruits, grapefruits, apples and strong spicy, cloves, coriander. The flavour is faint sweety malts, corn, faint spicy, cloves and a touch of pepper and a light grassy hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is sparkling and thin. This light bodied Blonde has a dry bitter finish. I don't find in the palate the promises of the smell. This brew feels like an unpleasant bitter medicine.
