Big time gusher! Half the bottle all of the table! Anyway, it's pours out a hazy red colour with n eruptive pale purple head. Rather tart aroma of cherries and raspberries with hints of wood and salt. Medium-bodied with dryish fruity notes of red cherries, raspberries and red-currant. Dryish aftertaste of cherry-skins. Quite tasty but not acidic enough.

Bottled@Monks Café Wallingatan, Stockholm. Deep red colour with big slightly off-white head. Aroma is tart fruits and red berries along with some slight wood and marzipan as well. Flavour is cherries and red berries in a rather mouthdrying way. Smooth and pleasantly balanced.
