Lichtblond tarwebier met een prettige geur en een frisse tarwemoutsmaak. Elegant en puur zonder toevoegingen van citrus of kruiden. Romig en zoetig in de nasmaak. Wit bier zoals het bedoeld is!

Somewhat hazy golden yellow with nice white foam head. Aroma is weak citrus, some corander. Taste is perfect, a nice beer. Aftertaste is perfect. (Velp 201308)

300 ml bottle, from Voldby Købmandsgård, Denmark. ABV is 5.0%. Hazy pale golden colour, big white head. Wheaty and spicy aroma, notes of cloves and coriander (even though coriander has not been added, the spiciness comes from the yeast alone), also notes of over-ripe and decaying bananas. Soft mouthfeel, moderate carbonation in the glass. Clean and very refreshing wheaty flavour, with hints of bananas and a mild spiciness, not too sweet. Moderate hops in the aftertaste. Moreish - one bottle is not enough!
