Cloudy golden colour with loads of tiny particles, a little amber hue. Nice frothy-creamy white cap, good retention and thick foamy lace. 5.8% written on label. Citrus aromas at first, with some Belgian yeast and some mild spices. Taste of citrus zest with some nice grassy hops to give this ale some good bitterness. The dryness gets a little stronger in the finish. Oranges are also part of the citrus here. Quite a hoppy beer for a Belgian one.

a rather forgettable beer but good none the less .. . gold yellow .. medium head, lacing is quite good .. . light spice and a good dose of yeast .. nice level sweetness .. balanced and easy to put away .. . . I put the "o" in illiterate.

eh. typical belgian, not a standout. very yeasty bottom and rim. dry yeast and peppery spice, a little in the way of citrus hops. nothing bad, nothing great.

The label says it's a Belgian Blonde Ale, and no lies were told. Pours a bit on the hazy side. Yeast, pepper, and grains make up the aroma while the taste is dry, citrusy, with light fruits. Good beer, but not great.

330 ml bottle. Poured a hazy copper brown colored ale with a one finger white creamy and dense foamy head, with tons of micro bubbles, that had a very long retention. Active carbonation. Superb lacing. The aroma is sweet malts, yeast, fruity, citrus and aromatic hops. The flavour is grainy malts, yeast, fruity, peaches, citrus, floral hops, hints of spices, pepper and ginger. A very well-balanced ale. The mouthfeel is slight creamy and invaded by a deep hoppy bitterness. This medium bodied ale has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. With this delicious ale, Yvan, the brewer offers us a superb gift. Thanks, Yvan and... an other one, please !
