The body is very dry with a good bit of oregano. Huge carbonation in the mouthfeel and head on top of a very pale body.

This beer was sampled at the 12 Hour Belgian Beer Festival at Pizza Port Carlsbad 2005. This beer pours a very light golden, almost straw color with a thin white head and small degree of lacing. The nose is a classic belgian aroma... yeasts, lemon and a tad bit bretty with a touch of fruit and perhaps to be more specific grapefruit. The flavor is light to medium bodied, heavily carbonated and very yeasty. Tart and lemony flavor with hints of citrusy grapes...slightly spicey and pretty much just a nice summer beer.....Dry sweet finish.

This brew pours with a golden body topped by a thick head with lots of lacing. The aroma and flavor are slightly sour and slighlty bitter with yeasty notes, a little dustiness and a touch of coriander. Light to medium bodied and slightly dry.
