Comes out of the bottle a hazy amber, not a lot of head but this was a small pour. Aroma is strong, sour and fruity - mainly dragon fruit. Dragon fruit dominates the strong, sour flavor, which has hints of pear and malt. Texture is smooth and fairly fizzy. Tame this dragon and ride it!
