Watch out! This huge new IPA is coming at you ready to literally cram hops down your throat! After 13 years CB’s has finally decided to release the beast, CB’s Caged Alpha Monkey. This monster weighs in at a hefty 6.5% alc/vol, 65 IBUs and uses 4 different hop varieties, in whole leaf and pellet in 6 different additions. We use a healthy dose of Caramunich malt to give this beer a bright orange color and enough body to balance the hops. We use cutting edge hop varieties to create a crazy mix of pineapple, grapefruit and pine aromas that just screams American IPA.
