This is a true Northwest IPA with a little twist. It is composed of about 30% oats that lend this beer a great mouthfeel and a slight creaminess. We use generous amounts of Zeus, Galena, and dry hop with Cascade hops to finish it off. It has a nice citrus and floral aroma and the oats balance the hop bitterness with just the right amount of sweetness.

Another offering from my Idaho odessy, (is that how you spell odessy?) A stanky, sourish smelling IPA, mad-flavor like. Looked a little hazy, browish yellow color, really trying to be orange but didn't quite get there. Super creamy mouthfeel and a ton of hop flavor, really well done from that standpoint. I think this is what I wanted Capital Hop Cream to taste like.
