We got with our buddies over at Variant Brewing Co. in Roswell to brew the softest, most juicy, haziest IPA this side of Sawnee Mountain. We pumped this thing full of Citra, Idaho 7, and Galaxy hops to impart a tropical, pineapple, and bubblegum flavors. We pulled out all the tricks! We used incognito in the cool pool, we used dynaboost, we used cryo hops, we used spectrum and even some T-90 pellets. Man we did it all. See if it's as good in real life as it looks on paper. Trust us - it is!
