330 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque mid-brown coloured ale with a generous two fingers beige creamy foamy head that had an excellent retention and tons of bubbles. Soft carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is moderate caramel malts, sourish fruits and aromatic hops. The flavour is grainy caramel malts, yeast, a pronounced fruity sourness and a strong floral hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is full. This medium bodied ale has a lingering hoppy bitter finish. A nice tasting ale from the Italian Piemont.
