Our Fall Festivus is drawing upon the round sweetness of our american ale and the robustness of our IPA., crisp and savory like a deep broath of autumn air ! Our Fall release is a harvest Ale with a lighter amber color and a beige head with good retention. There is a good balance of earthy malt and a blend of floral and pine hops in the nose. Biscuits notes mixing with caramel sweetness do their job to complement the rest of the flavours. This is an enjoyable for sure !

Aroma is quite hoppy and woody, rather like an IPA, with a nice undertone of - yep - autumn leaves, as well as a subtle note of yeast. Pours a hazy amber with an extremely thick, fine-bubbled, persistent pale creamy-tan head. Sharp flavor is quite hoppy, more at an IPA, quite bitter but not fiercely so, with a nice dry-leaf undertone and malty and honey hints. Quite tasty! Smooth texture has average body and good fizz. This ’un will have you singing "Autumn Leaves" on the Autumn Equinox! (At least in the northern hemisphere - happy spring to folks south of the Equator.)

12 oz. capped bottle. Poured a hazy orange-brown coloured Ale with a two fingers slight beige creamy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Good lacing. The aroma is sweety malts and faint aromatic and piney hops, medicinal notes. The flavour is sweety caramel malts, bread, fruity notes, oranges, grapefruits, citrus and a piney hoppy bitterness. The mouthfeel is sparkling, fresh , a bit oily and quite thin. This light to medium bodied Ale has a big and lingering hoppy bitter finish. A quite throwing ale, at first it seems to be easy drinkable and late emmerges a powerful floral and piney hoppy bitterness.
