750 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered strong hazy golden-orange coloured Witbier with a three fingers, slightly beige, near to white, pillowy foamy head that had a huge retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheaty malts, strong spicy, coriander, cloves and strong herbal notes. The flavour is wheat malts, corn, straw, spicy, coriander, chilli and strong herbal notes. The mouthfeel is light crispy, round and quite thin. This light to medium bodied Witbier has a long spicy finish. A decent Bière Blanche from the Somme valley, in the North of France.
