Straw trouble with foam disappears quickly, does not smell much, for we feel in the mouth against the spice takes over. It is strong but not too much. to drink with moderation, it's a shame, chili prevents to feel all the flavors.

750 ml capped bottle. Poured an unfiltered opaque amber-orange coloured Spice Ale with a one finger beige creamy pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Active Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, fruity, mandarin, pineapples, spicy, orange peels, pepper, notes of honey. The flavour is heavy grainy malts, strong earthy hoppy bitter, spicy, pepper, chilli and a touch of star anise. The mouthfeel is prickly and sparkling. This medium bodied Spiced Ale has a lingering hoppy bitter and spicy finish. A quite impressive Spiced Ale, well-balanced and tasty.
