Pale yellow in colour and left unfiltered, and low ABV, the style offers an easy drinking, light and refreshing ale. The new Creemore Springs Pale Wheat features a bright citrus, refreshingly tart taste with a mild tropical fruit aroma and a lingering hop character in the finish.

Pours a slight hazy, light golden-yellow colour with a frothy, almost creamy, white head that stays a long time, leaving some very nice full lace. Fresh wheat nose with some nice spicy hops to balance things. Smooth mouthfeel, slightly oily. The taste shows the wheat again, fairly light with very light hops. Again, nice spiciness from the hops. All not too strong, but very refreshing and satisfying.

The beer pours a slightly hazed effervescent gold colour with a generous white bubbly head which takes a few moments to recede to a film. The aroma is light wheat, stale grains, light citrus, and musty hops. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is sweet wheat, musty hops, and yeast. Certainly not the best version of the style.
