An honor to the Presidential Georgian, Jimmy Carter. One of Jimmy Carter's legacies was National Good Neighbor Day. We have brewed this beer in the spirit of being a great neighbor and honoring this well loved Georgian that also legalized homebrewing. The name comes from a Jimmy Carter quote, "We have become not a melting pot but a beautiful mosaic. Different people, different beliefs, different yearnings, different hopes, different dreams." Naturally, we are showcasing the mosaic hop.

Taps translucent nectarine with a thin ivory head. Aroma generates piney hops, orange, peach, hint of mango. Flavor brings piney hops, rich peach and orange and mango with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. Texture furnishes good body and lively fizz. Beautiful indeed.
