Pours hazy golden with a minimal eggshell head. Aroma presents fruity and subtle fresh malty tones. Fruity flavor has Apple, pear, toasted malt and fresh orange tones. Mouthfeel presents average body and fizz. Get your lava on!

Sampled on 10/5/2012. This Belgian Witbier pours a slightly hazy light yellow gold color from a 12oz can. Medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal, fruity, and citrusy. A light to medium bodied wit bier. The malts are cereal, fruity and sweet. The hops are citrusy. A wit flavored with orange zest, chamomile and coriander. Lively carbonation. Its definitely not the typical wit, but it s interesting. It does seem a little thin. Mouthfeel is round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

I had one of these explode in my face when trying to detach from plastic holders. And when I poured the first one I understood why. BIG frothy white head. Good hang time on the head. Settles into a medium sized ringlet. This Crystalline golden colored beer has a profile of zesty spices, wheat and herbs. Medium bodied and smooth

Would be a pretty standard boring wit if not for the very nice addition of camomile. I admit I'm a sucker for this flowery goodness, so I'm probably scoring a bit high, but so be it :)
