Hop Nectar is a semi-sweet metheglin mead that is crafted with 100% raw Ohio wildflower honey, water, and yeast. This traditional mead is then dry hopped with Cascade Hops prior to bottling for a perfectly balanced profile. Interesting tweak to a traditional mead by dry hopping. Minor traces of citrus and pine poke through, but the honey is still showcased in this fascinating mead. Clear yellow body with a very faint light green tint. Dry and drinkable.
