Hasn't been a 6% english stout for 5 years, from what I can tell (and it was called Stoopid Stout then). Bomber, pours pretty dark, as usual. Feel is medium bodied and smooth. Maybe a touch lite for 9%, but solid. Simple beer, but tasty...mostly chocolate and roasted malts with a little back end bitterness but more sweet in nose and flavor than anything else.

Nice ebony blackness in color. A big, frothy textured, tan head rises above. There's great hang time on the head. It settles eventually into barely a discernible ringlet. Bitter Roastiness profile. Full bodied. Very drinkable.

On tap at hamiltons. Pours with a black body topped by a pencil thin head and some lacing. It’s slightly sweet and malty with a touch of roast, some licorice and a clove note. Full bodied and smooth.
