To me, this is the definition of beer coloured and beer flavoured water. The aroma is very weak. The colour I've only seen before in toilets. And the taste is watery. Like Budweiser, it amazes me how many people order this beer instead of the multitude of great tasting treats in Canadian bars.

Bottle. Colour – transparent pale gold, white head, bubbly, weak lacing. Aroma – grains, corn, wet grass. Mouthfeel – light bodied, watery, over carbonated. Flavour – sour grains, vomit, and wet grass. Very unappealing

Pours clear yellow with minimal head. Water, light grain, light hops... hopefully some lime to give it flavor. Some skunk in the trunk. Thats about all there is to it.

A Corona Extra should be enjoyed ice cold in the sun with a piece of lime in the bottle. One of my favorite beers but its quite expensive but its worth the money

Mexican beer with a lime taught me a new was to drink a ice cold beer. I'm all about a stout or porter but these are still one of my favorites. However I find them pretty bland without the lime.

I'm new to beer and this is my first review (doesn't this say it all). I had this one evening with some lasagna. It wasn't super chilled. Small head which disappeared quickly. Smelled a bit metallic and citrusy. After trying out some very nice brews lately, I have to say that this one tasted very inferior. I'll have to really chill the rest of it to deaden the taste and my tongue so I can finish it off (it was on sale and I didn't know better). :)

Not an impressive beer, too much like the typical American lager. Color is pale and weak, and flavor is thin. I drank my sample with a lime, so the test was not done under perfect circumstances; however, I probably got more flavor from the lime than from the beer.

Pours a very pale yellow color. Smell is mild, some corn. Taste is light, refreshing, some grains, a bit of corn. Overall this beer is lacking in flavor and complexity, ok for drinking in hot weather.

From bottle so hard to tell color and foam, but know from experience it is very light yellow colored. Lime added, that is what I tasted - watery beer with lime. Probably good for thurst. (Galveston 201205)

The very first beer I ever drank as a teen back in the mid 80's, with a lime in it. It's one of the big sellers in my area aside from Heineken. You can't walk into a local supermarket without seeing a massive display of Corona boxes. It's practically always on sale. For the price, it's a nice 'lets get drunk tonight' beer. Women and men find this pretty agreeable. So it's easy enough to load a cooler with Corona and no one will complain. Just have some sliced limes on the side for those who want it. Oh, how's it taste? Like any other commercial lager, I guess. It's alright. Recommended when you just want to drink yourself to the floor, or have a cheap beer after a hard day's work.
