Bottle. Poured a hazy pale gold colored ale with a small white foamy head that had a good retention. Poor lacing. Rich carbonation. The aroma is yeasts and aciditic fruits, lemon, citrus. The flavour is sweet malts combined to a great fruity acidity. The finish of this light bodied ale is dry and astringent. The lemon or citrus notes are not enough to give the name " wit bier " to this ale.
