First tried this beer after buying a keg of it. It has a really nice malty sweet taste to it followed by a bitter sting of a generous sting of cascade hops. Even better than this is a douple jabi or double punjabi, which is absolutely incredeble but only made once a year

I tried this awhile ago and just found my notes, Poured a light brown decent head that lingered. Good hoppy aroma and flavor but not overpowering. The beer drank quite smoothly. A nice treat on a visit to Fort Collins.

sampler. light body and deep color gold/brown in appearance. medium head and not much lacing. light aroma of hops and taste is light as well. tasted watered down to me, but was a little stronger than the poudre (might just be the citrus).

Sampled at CooperSmith's. On cask. Poured a clear, light-brown color with a thick, light-brown head. Aroma was a pleasant fresh hoppy smell. Flavor was very good, with a nice hoppy bitterness and a slight citrus (mostly grapefruit) finish. This was a very enjoyable selection.

The Cask-Conditioned Punjabi poured a cloudy, copper-orange with a thick, creamy, white head that had excellent retention (lasted the whole way) and some lacing. It had a strong citrus aroma with some subtle hops. The flavor was well-balanced. It had an initial taste of toffee and some citrus, with a bitter finish. It was very thick and creamy and had an excellent mouthfeel. Overall, the cask version is an excellent brew. It is a great session brew (the high alcohol content suprised me), and is my old reliable when ordering at Coppersmiths.
