Our IPA is one of our flagship beers. It is balanced in the traditional English IPA style, with a rich color and a more complex malt profile than many IPAs. It has a big flavor as any IPA should and clocks in at 6.6% alcohol by volume (ABV). Every pint is packed with 3 types of malt and 3 different hop varieties. The rich flavor profile is obvious from the first sip all the way through the last gulp. In beer, as in life, we feel balance is best. The hop flavors are balanced by the smooth and sweet generous 2 row and caramel malts used. If you are going to have just one beer, this is the one to have. You will get your flavor's worth! This is way IPAs were made back when there were still students in the Dewey School.
