    Aroma: 10 | Appearance: 6 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 6 | Overall: 5

750 ml swing-top bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Comptoir du Malt Bavarian Seidel an unfiltered and opaque golden-yellow coloured Witbier with a good two fingers slightly beige soapy foamy head that had a mid-sized retention and tons of micro bubbles. Sustained carbonation. No lacing. The aroma is wheaty malts, faint citrussy tones, barnyard. The flavour is wheaty malts and light fruity, citrus. The mouthfeel is sparkling and watery. This light bodied Witbier has a dry sour finish. A quaffable brew ? Indeed, but it's not enough to convert this nice designed bottle in a Good Beer.
