An outrageous amount of key lime juice makes this witbier ridiculously refreshing, tart, and just a little zippy!

Slightly hazed, slightly unfiltered with tiny particles, a white head, mild retention and some light lacing spots. Sour aromas with the lime and some sweet touch in the background. Flavours of lime with the sourness being a touch milder, but lingering a while. Big particles do come out eventually, going to the bottom of the glass. A nice refreshing, easy-drinking, key lime-sour light beer.

The beer pours a hazed gold colour, with some green hues. The head is bubbly, and the beer is full of floaties. The aroma is cereal malt, lime, and funky tart yeast. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is very lime forward, very tart, with a light cereal malt backbone. A bit too much lime for me.
