Our Gose is an unfiltered wheat beer made with malted wheat. This creates a unique cloudy yellow colour and provides a refreshing crispness and twang. Our Gose has a low hop bitterness and features coriander and Himalayan salt, adding hints of complementary dryness, spice and a touch of sharpness to the beer.

The beer pours a very hazy medium gold colour with a short-lived white head that settles into a light film on top. The aroma is light grains, yeast, spicy notes and herbal hops. The mouthfeel is light to medium bodied and highly carbonated. Very lively. The flavour is dominated by the salt notes with hints of wheat and herbal hops in the finish. The saltiness lingers for a while on the back of the tongue reminding you this is a gose! -

Pours a slight hazy, light yellow colour with a huge foamy white head, dissipating quickly, leaving some foamy traces of lace. Spicy nose with some grape, gooseberry aromas. Light sour taste with the fruity notes, mostly lemon. The salt is very light to balance out the sourness. A little tart. Quite nice overall... for those who understand a Gose.

473ml tallboy from LCBO. Pours a fairly big foamy white head that dissipates after a while and has a hazy yellowish golden appearance. Lively carbonation. Pretty good retention. Aromas are zesty, grassy and hints of grains. Flavours are mostly lemony, grassy and herbal hop notes. Some pretty nice sour notes on the palate. Smooth and drying mouthfeel. Quite refreshing and has a bit of a tangy finish. Pretty good.
