Pairing up with our friends at Dugges Bryggeri out of Gothenburg, Sweden, we took a piece of inspiration from their home country: chocolate. This Chocolate Raspberry Mint Stout is brewed with dark chocolate and sweet raspberries, with just a pleasant backing of peppermint. This brew has a large body with sweet notes of fudge, vanilla and warming bourbon. An absolutely delightful combination if you ask us!

Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 7
Deep brown, almost black with hardly any highlights. A big mocha-coloured head that is kind of creamy-fizzy, still remaining a while with some tiny, dirty lacing spots. The nose is quite something! Wow, lot's going on here, and not use to this. The raspberry candy aromas are quite strong with the Bourbon alcohol sweetness, light chocolate and the mint in the background. I am really not sure on how to rate this LOL! The taste is a little easier to swallow. Some cacao bitterness blends things, with the raspberry-mint being further in the background. The Bourbon helps smooth out things as well. So far, the weirdest Origin of Darkness and quite ballsy, unique.
