Oh wow! The beautiful caramel Dulce de leche aroma over the roasted malt base. Hints of walnuts, cacao powder and maple syrup. Dark brown colour with a touch of ruby highlights. Creamy beige head with good retention and lacing. Smooth, silky, oily mouthfeel with some decent dry-hop finish. Some bitterness in the end with a warming touch. Starts off rich and sweet, but because of the hops, not as syrupy as expected. Good roasted barley, notes of molasses, dark fruit and chocolate. Quite a nice dessert Imperial Stout with the caramelized milk, mostly in the nose.
