Pours a very light, clean golden colour with a fizzy white head, average retention for a cider, leaving a thin ring of tiny bubbles around. Freshly crushed apples, mostly green aromas. Mild apple taste with a touch of alcohol in the finish, but I feel no sugar or added sweeteners in here. Some light sourness comes out and mouthfeel is fairly thin. Goes down nicely with no pasties. Nature for sure.
