The Japanese Rice Lager is our take on this style of crisp, clean Asian lager. The pilsner malt backbone is complimented with brown rice, which enhances the refreshingly crisp finish. We then add Wai-iti hops with their fresh notes of lime and mandarin citrus to round out the final product into it's elegant final form.
