This is an authentic Vienna style beer. It was brewed with premium imported malt and hops from Vienna, using the traditional method of German & Austrian brewers. The color is a light orange almost golden. It has a pleasant citrus aroma of the nose with hints of caramel. At first taste, the flavors present as citrus and slightly earthy however, a small bit of roast or caramel may appear as well. The Vienna contains a unique after taste; it is a flavour that is similar to biscuits or sweet bread. The body of this beer is very light with high carbonation making it a very refreshing beer.

Picked up a bomber at the brewpub. Pours a small patch of foamy head and goes away fairly quickly. Has a very clear light golden appearance. Fairly weak lacing. Aromas of wheats, malts and light earthy hops. Flavours are mostly some sweet malts with motes of caramel. Has a bit of a citrusy finish, very faint. Also light grainy malts. But overall, taste is pretty good. Medium bodied mouthfeel. Not bad!

2013 Spring seasonal. Pours a golden clean colour with a slight amber hue, a small white head and not much else. Caramel grainy nose with hints of sweet fruits. In the flavours, you find your typical Clocktower full grain taste, with soapy hops, very mild citrus notes and butterscotch. This is a nice Vienna that has lots of grain cereal malts with mild sweetness and very light hops.
