Perfect for the patio, the Organic Summer Wheat is a mild refreshing, warm weather beer. It is predominately made up of wheat giving the beer mild spice and citrus notes. German hops which are added to round out the flavor. Unlike all of our other beers, we do not filter this beer. This beer is un-filtered allowing the drinker to retain as much flavor as possible while giving the beer a pleasant mouthfeel. In order to help achieve easy drinkablility in this unfiltered ale, the Organic Summer Wheat is also highly carbonated.
