Double India Pale Ale brewed with Golden Promise malt and a healthy dose of both wheat malt and wheat flakes. We hopped with Citra Incognito in the whirlpool, dry hopped with Citra T90, Citra Cryo, Galaxy and Motueka and then fermented on phantasm powder. This time we fermented it with a yeast that is new to us called Cosmic Punch. This yeast is specifically designed to accentuate the Thiol compounds in hops and phantasm powder.

Pours barely translucent apricot with a thick and fairly persistent ivory head. Aroma offers dank and resiny hops, creamy and zesty citrus, a hint of raw malt. Flavor provides piney and funky but hardly bitter hops, zesty and tart grapefruit with a little tangerine, raw malt, a touch of pineapple. Texture yields good firm body and peppy fizz. Dare to take this trail.
