bought in to add some spice to the south american lagers.. ummm, didn't really do much ... has a simple good lacing to it ... Brazilians play soccer on the beach .... pours a pale golden colour ... is refreshing... lacks anything real in flavour and needs more crispiness!

clear and bright golden colour; firm white head; light aroma of wet paperboard, neutral taste, almost medium-bodied with a watery, slightly corny finish - absolutely useless

Bottle. Golden colour, slim white head. Faint malt and hops in the aroma. Taste has a touch of the same. Moderate carbonation, thin mouthfeel. Not good, but there are worse.

Each and every time I step into a liquor store, I always have my eyes peeled for obscure looking singles in the beer section. Sometimes I discover something really great (Veltins Pilsener), and sometime it's a bust (Baltika #9 Strong). But with something as awful as Cintra, I'm half tempted to swear off any more trips to Obscure Beer Land in the near future...!
I don't mind some "floaties" in my beer -- I am a homebrewer, after all! But it's altogether more disgusting and vile when the yeast and other particles colagulate into one gross looking mass the size of a quarter. If I compared the appearence of this mass to an infected scab, would that be enough to describe this to you, before I move on? It was just plain gross....
After extracting that out of my glass, there was still a ton of white particles floating around not unlike a lava lamp. Yeast remnants, Sea Monkies, or something worse?
Smelled like rotten cabbage, and tasted about as bad, with the additional flavor fault of being quite sickly sweet. Absolutely nothing about this beer makes me want to sample it any further. Couldn't dump this down the drain fast enough. I even made it a point to thoroughly wash out my pint glass, just to make sure that whatever vile shit was in there didn't propagate...!
Maybe quality control is a bit looser in Brazil.... Regardless, avoid this beer at all costs.

A beer that has to be improved. Has a bad taste and nothing good to show.
