330 ml capped bottle. Poured in the original Brasserie des Cimes tulip glass a slight hazy copper-brown coloured Ale with a two fingers soapy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is sweety malts, caramel, honey notes, faint aromatic piney hops. The flavour is sweety malts, caramel, brown sugar, cooked vegetables and aciditic fruits, citrus, grapefruits. The mouthfeel is crispy and surprising watery and flat. This medium bodied Ambrée has a light bitter and a bit sticky finish. After a quite engaging smell, the palate is a real disappointement.

1/2-1/4 finger head that lasts a while, the color is a very nice cobber, the aroma is very dry with a bitter tone, the taste is light through and through with a semisweet finish and very low carbonation
