Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a clear copper body that supports an off white head. The aroma is peach and pineapple and pine and then big spicy oak mixed with vanilla and perfumy floral notes. The taste starts with sweet malts, tart peach blended pineapple and malt sweetened grapefruit. It then quickly gets into bold spicy oak notes and some vanilla. Pretty nice.
