Rated in April 2011. On tap at CCB pouring semi opaque deep gold with copper hues and white head. The modest aroma offers up earthiness, sweaty socks, saltiness, herbs and spicy tartness. The taste begins salty and then moves into floral hops, apple, wet hay, a touch of lemon and spiciness. It ends with apple sweetness mixing with earthy hay.
