Rated in Feb. 2011. Poured up on tap at Mark’s amazing Mr. Beery’s CCB Total Tap Takeover. It has a murky deep amber body with tan head. The aroma jumps up and down with rich vanilla followed by oaky spices and then raisins and nuttiness. The taste is smooth and starts with subtle sweet malts, sweet nuttiness and sweet vanilla and then picks up roasted malts, oak, spicy oak and then more vanilla. It stays vanilla like with nuttiness, sweet malts and slight oak heading into the finish along with a faint lingering raisin sensation.
