Rated in 2014. IPA rating #700! A nice one to celebrate this milestone 12oz can, courtesy of markwise, pours with a slightly hazy copper body that has gold edges and supports an off white head of foam. The aroma offers up spicy to citrus hops that quickly pick up tropical fruit notes and a mild sugary maltiness also well off into the background. The taste quickly slides into firm pleasing hoppiness. I get spicy to citrus to a good load of mango like tropical fruity notes that all start with flavor hops and then head into a nice level of hop bitterness. Toward the finish a thin tea leaf like earthy hoppiness is noticed from time to time. Wow! This is a very nice IPA.
