Rated in March 2011. On tap Cigar City pouring nice and dark with mocha head. The aroma is pretty bold with various spices as well as lesser notes of fruity esters and a light amount of roast. The spiciness does a decent job covering everything else up. The taste comes across bold in spiciness as noted in the nose with cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg. It then gets a bit roasty with malts and a touch mineral like too. This was far off on the spicy side.
