Rated Oct. 2010. On tap at the original Brass Tap in Wesley Chapel pouring dirty murky deep copper with tan head and nice sheet lacing. The aroma is huge and drool inducing with bold sweet apricot and peach and plum followed by a solid level of citrus hops. My . . . smells like a bowl of fresh fruit. The taste is rich apricot and citrus hops with moderate bitterness around the edges. I becomes more and more sliced apricot and peach like as it warms Yummy treatment to Jai Alai.
