Ale brewed with Curacao peel. Sometimes a lot isn’t nearly enough. For the times when a lot plus a bit more is called for we proffer the 110K+OT series. This 5th iteration is a 25 OF, 5 FG, 11% abv, 5 SRm sort of brew. If you don’t know what all that jargon means the gist of this is; it’s more than you deserve. A lot more. And a little more than that too

Rated in 2012. 750mL bottle courtesy of markwise pours clear deep copper with tan head. The aroma offers up sticky malts mixing with near robust levels of pine hop goodness and a modest level of sweet smelling fruity esters. Nice IIPA aroma. The taste is bold and rich and bitter. I get prune and cherry sweet fruity esters as well as firm levels of muted yet resiny pine hops. Between those notes sweet malts and pine hop flavor bind the experience together. Nice bold rich bitter IIPA and ‘homered’ in class too.

As with batch 4, in no man's land as far as style is concerned. Not resembling any IIPA I've ever had, though this may have been out for a while. Kinda fruity sweet hops and malt with an odd combo of fruits (curucao) and toast and caramel. You can tell it's hefty, but no heat. Kind of a weird one, but enjoyed.

First beer of day, happy anniversary Open the Taps! .. . pours a deep yellow gold .. medium head, lacing is very good .. . lots of citrus and light tree sap .. . light stickiness .. . a pretty nice brew! .. . . I think my iPhone is broken, I pressed the home button and I'm still at work.
