Vår tolkning av det tradisjonelle belgiske gårdsølet er en lett og fruktig øl med tørr avslutning og moderat bitterhet. For god balanse er ølet både tørrhumlet og tilsatt en raus porsjon aromahumle. Godt matøl som passer til både sjømat og kylling.
