This is a very nic e and simple dry stout. It taste great and pours nice and black with a great head. I have had this and all the Chicago Brews many times and Las Vegas is lucky to have them.

On tap at Chicago's in Vegas. Pour was dry stout-lilke, dark deep brown-black, slow developing nitrogen-induced. Lacing was stellar, light rings. Aroma was roasted barley, some metallic type notes. The flavor was roasted malts, touch of bitterness from the same, metallic finish with some fruity hints. The metallic aspects were a turnoff, would rather have a Guinness... or, um, a completely different beer. Mouthfeel wasn't full enough.
