Pours a pretty clear golden yellow with a minimal white head, but that may be from the pour. Malty aroma has a strong yeasty overtone and a hint of fruit. Crisp, malty flavor is simple and pleasing, a good brew to start with if you’re going to have several. Texture has average firmness and fizz. Fair to middling, but this could serve as a "gateway" beer to wean lovers of megabrews off their typical fare.
