Taps clear wan yellow, rather like a cider, with a fine-bubbled eggshell head. Aroma presents notes of honey and hops. Crisp flavor has honey, woody and sorghum notes, different from and better than any other gluten-free beer I have sampled. Mouthfeel offers fair body, lively fizz, and a clean finish. Save room for this Romper.
