Hazetronics is electric, vibrant, and loud and jammed full of McKenzie Hops, a brand spankin new variety released by the West Coast Hop Breeding Company out of Oregon. McKenzie is "bright and fruity" with grapefruit, lemon, nectarine, and melon aromas and flavors. We used Omega Labs Cosmic Punch Yeast which is a thiolized yeast strain, meaning yeast cells to accentuate flavors and aromas!

Pours barely translucent papaya with a thick and frothy ivory head. Aroma provides rich piney hops, zesty citrus that is mainly grapefruit, and creamy fresh malt. Flavor yields piney and slightly bitter hops, zesty and tart grapefruit with a little orange and tangerine, crisp fresh malt. Texture adds decent body and lively fizz. Get some experience with haze-tronics.
