This is our Sour beer Project. Lambic Style Braggot fermented on American Oak for 12 months with tart cherries and soured from natural yeast in the Honey. We used 1/3 honey harvested from North Georgia, 1/3 malt and 1/3 wheat as the base.

Comes out of tap clear apricot with a thin eggshell head. Malty aroma has strong sour fruity overtone. Flavor is quite sour, fruity and malty with a woody undertone. Firm, viscous texture has fizz to spare. Pucker up and brag!
