Caught in a Mash is an American West Coast IPA that uses Idaho 7 hops in the boil and plenty of Azacca and Simcoe hops for dry hopping. This is designed to be a full on West Coast IPA without the full on bitter bite. Tropical with hints of pine and dank.

Pours clear copper with a thick and frothy beige head. Aroma yields dank and resiny hops with subtle tropical, citrus and malt notes. Flavor gives bitter piney hops, tangy and sweet orange and tropical with some sharply tart grapefruit, crisp fresh malt. Texture delivers decent smooth body and lively fizz with woody bitter hops on the back end. Get caught in this mash.
